Jairo Burgos De La Espriella
Founder of Talento & Talante
Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana; specialist in Labor Law and Corporate Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, also holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences from Arthur D. Little School of Management and a Master's in Public Administration and Policy from Harvard University.
Before becoming a consultant, he held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Grupo Bancolombia for 15 years. He is a teacher, lecturer, and columnist on the subject. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Acerías Paz del Río, Avianca Holdings, Banco Agrario, and Banco Mundo Mujer, and as a member of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Legal Sciences at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Paula Andrea Daza Caballero
Asociate Consultant
Consultant in Talent & Talante. She is a lawyer and political scientist from the University of Los Andes, Specialist and Master in Labor Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She is currently also a labor law teacher at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
In 2018, she received the award for "best legal essay" in the Competition organized by the College of Labor Lawyers of Colombia and was part of the Labor Law Seedbed of the University of Los Andes.
Antes de integrar nuestro equipo, se desempeñó como “intern” en el área Legal para Colombia de Procter & Gamble durante un año y medio; tratando temáticas de derecho de la competencia, derecho laboral y derecho de empresa.
Maria Astríd López

Psychologist from the University of Los Andes, certified coach, and with advanced studies in Gestalt Techniques. With extensive experience as a consultant in Human Development consulting firms such as: Margarita Paéz, DBM, HPI, Exeed, and LHH among others.
She has led various projects on Transition and Career Management, Assessment Centers and/or individuals, construction of Leadership Competency Models, training in Managerial Skills, and Executive Coaching.

Business Administrator from UNAB and Senior Coach from ECORE. Former Vice President of Human Talent at Bancamía and former regional manager of human talent at Bancolombia. Consultant in Labor Relations and collective bargaining negotiator. Labor arbitrator on the list of the Supreme Court of Justice.
Trainer in conversational skills for leaders. Teacher at Universidad Javeriana on Legal Aspects of Human Talent Management and Labor Negotiation and Conflict Management.

With 16 years of experience in the Human Resources area in Latin America and Canada in sectors of mass consumption, finance, technology and manufacturing; specifically focused on leadership, training, development of potential and human talent.
