Jairo Burgos De La Espriella
Director
Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana; specialist in Labor Law and Corporate Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, also holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences from Arthur D. Little School of Management and a Master's in Public Administration and Policy from Harvard University.
Before becoming a consultant, he held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Grupo Bancolombia for 15 years. He is a teacher, lecturer, and columnist on the subject. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Acerías Paz del Río, Avianca Holdings, Banco Agrario, and Banco Mundo Mujer, and as a member of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Legal Sciences at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
Mariana Burgos Guerra

Maria Astríd López

Psychologist from the University of Los Andes, certified coach, and with advanced studies in Gestalt Techniques. With extensive experience as a consultant in Human Development consulting firms such as: Margarita Paéz, DBM, HPI, Exeed, and LHH among others.
She has led various projects on Transition and Career Management, Assessment Centers and/or individuals, construction of Leadership Competency Models, training in Managerial Skills, and Executive Coaching.
